The Right Surveyors operate practices throughout England and Wales, undertaking a huge number of surveys and property services for thousands of clients every year.
Each practice began with a recruitment process. Right Surveyors are always searching for the right individuals to drive the company forward and, in return, benefit from the profits of the practice they own and run as a self employed director.

The Right candidate will be a qualified, motivated member or fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) capable both of surveying and managing their administration, reporting and office efficiently and accurately.
A Supportive Nationwide Network
The practice will build on an established and substantial national marketing network and share in the Right Surveyors’ distinctive branding and brand recognition. A successful practice will undertake various general practice work including residential property inspections and building surveys. Some commercial work, valuation experience or other specialisations are an advantage, but not a requirement.
Registered Valuers, members of the Chartered Institute of Building and Faculty Of Party Wall Surveyors are especially welcome to apply – we encourage surveyors to take on as wide a range of property services as possible.

Due to the independent nature and responsibilities of the role, at least five years post-qualification experience is usually required except in exceptional circumstances. Please get in touch though, if you feel you have something to offer.
Expected remuneration is generous and completely dependent on both ambition and performance.
