Right Surveyors South Mercia Ltd is a general practice of chartered building surveyors led by Managing Director Nigel Polton MRICS, an experienced surveyor and property consultant.
The practice covers a wide area of central England, including Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
Right Surveyors South Mercia offers a personal service and new residential clients are all dealt with directly with Nigel, who offers the combined benefit of more than 27 years of surveying experience. As a specialist chartered building surveyor (not a general practice surveyor) he is also more expert in building pathology (diagnosing defects) than many of his contemporaries, meaning that he can provide particularly detailed and accurate survey reports.

Catering to all budgets
If your budget is tight, Nigel has a specialist service specifically designed to keep the costs down. He is happy to attend site and meet with you, conduct a detailed investigation and brief you of all of his findings directly. You don’t need to pay for a written report, so the fees are far lower than typical, but you still get all of the pertinent information you would have done from a full survey.
