Right Surveyors Sussex and Weald Ltd is a multifaceted practice headed by Mr Richard Clayson BSc(Hons) MBA MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with 23 years of experience in the industry.
The practice covers the whole of East and West Sussex, from Bognor Regis through Brighton and Eastbourne all the way to the border with Kent in the east.
Richard has had a broad, diverse career to date which has helped him build up a wealth of knowledge. He specialises in helping those purchasing property – be it commercial or residential, for the first or fifth time – and is an expert in assessing and valuing potential investments.
As well as being a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and upholding a strict ethical and practical set of standards, Richard is a Registered Valuer – which means he is permitted to provide independent valuations and advice for purposes such as probate, matrimonial proceedings and taxation.
